If you do not have a booth setup photo, then please include sample photos of what you are planning on selling to give us an idea for approval and potential placement.
Vendor Booths will be located in Showplex. Artist Alley will be located in the Pavilion again this year.
All 10x10 Booths are Inline unless you purchase one or two corners. One corner is the limit for a single 10x10 Booth Space and AA space.
All 10x10 spaces come with 1 Table. Each Corner comes with an additional table. How many ADDITIONAL tables would you like to purchase BEYOND what comes with your space and corner?
Electrical Drop - $50
All electrical needs must be ordered in advance. Drop includes an electrical outlet with 10 amps, 120v. Electrical drops will cost $125 if ordered at the show without prior indication.

I further acknowledge that failure to abide by these Terms & Conditions may result in the loss of my Exhibitor privileges without recourse or refund. Further, I understand that submitting this form only registers my application for a Booth Space. Submission of this application form for a Booth Space is not a guarantee of acceptance or event participation. All exhibitors will be issued an invoice for Booth Space after acceptance.
