Ticket Payment, Refunds, and Scope
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Tickets for the Washington State Horror Con are non-refundable and cannot be reproduced or resold. Tickets are a revocable license to attend the event. The show’s operating hours, panels, schedule of events, special guests, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. All panels, autograph opportunities, photo reservations, special ticketed events, demonstrations, and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee.
The purchase of a ticket to the Washington State Horror Con is your acceptance and agreement to these Terms and Conditions and all Rules and Regulations posted at the event.
Refusal of Service
Images and Events reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) that is unruly, causing trouble, or uses profanity while at the event. Aggressive and rude behavior toward any staff member will result in an immediate removal of the person(s) without the benefit of a refund.
Images and Events and its agents reserve the right to cancel and refund any tickets at any time, for any person(s) that displays rude or unruly behavior in the past. We will never deny or discriminate service to anyone because of their race, color, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability — but we will maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for children at the Washington State Horror Con.
Companions
Any Companions attending the show for those that require Medical Assistance need to purchase a ticket also.
Limit of Liability
Any ticket-holder acknowledges there are natural hazards and risks of sickness or physical injury to ticket-holders of the Washington State Horror Con. The organizers will take every precaution but can not make sure that all hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Washington State Horror Con, ticket-holders assume freely and voluntarily the full risk of bodily injury, property damage, theft, or death that a ticket-holder may incur or sustain as a result of attending the Washington State Horror Con.
