Photo Op FAQ
Do I need an admission ticket too?
Yes. A valid admission ticket to Horror Con on the date of the photo is required in order to purchase a Photo Op.
What do I get?
Each Photo Op includes one 8x10 printed photo and a complimentary digital photo. You can purchase additional prints at the show.
How many people can be in the photo?
Up to FOUR total fans can be included in a photo op.
When is my photo op?
A schedule of Photo Op times will be released closer to the show in October on the Pro Photo Ops Schedule page. Photo ops are never taken earlier than posted on the TV screens near the photo op area. Queuing begins 10 minutes prior to the listed time.
Where are the photo studios?
Pro Photo Ops take place at the west end of the main Showplex hall behind the Featured Guests — two separate Photo Studios and a room for queuing.
Two of my photo ops overlap. What do I do?
Don’t stress. Tell a staff member when you get in line and they’ll help you get to both. You only miss a photo op if you aren’t in the photo op area at the listed time.
Can I get an autograph or chat in the photo op line?
Photo Ops are not a place for meet and greets or autographs. The line moves quickly. Autographs and table selfies are purchased at the show.
Where do I pick up my printed photo?
Photos are picked up immediately in the Photo Op area.
Is there a refund if a guest cancels?
Photo Ops are fully refundable if the guest cancels their appearance.
